TAFE

TAFE provides high-quality programs which meet the needs of school leavers, business, industry and the community. Staff at Sutherland College have vast experience in developing and delivering training and consulting services for all businesses, from sole traders to large corporations. Customised training solutions can incorporate commercial training, traineeships, apprenticeships and the recognition and assessment of existing skills and qualifications.

The college has a wide range of courses and also offers the experience of several simulated workplaces including an Administration Services Practice Firm, a Hairdressing/Beauty Therapy Salon, Gatewood Restaurant, a Massage Clinic, a resistance gymnasium and an Aerobics gymnasium.

The College has developed strong business links with local industry in order to support employment growth and skill development in the community. Loftus Campus shares its site with the innovative SSHED and the University of Wollongong Loftus Education Centre.
