The Sutherland Shire Hub for Economic Development (SSHED) is Sutherland Shire Councils initiative for fast tracking business success in the Shire.

The SSHED is like a serviced office but offers much more including business planning, advice, networking and workshops.

Each office is completely set up and ready for business. Weekly office rents start from $275 and includes:

·        a computer loaded with the latest business software

·        use of a large meeting/conference room

·        furniture

·        phone system

·        internet access

·        web hosting

·        daily computer back-ups and much more

There are no long-term leases to sign and instead it’s a simple month-to-month agreement.

The SSHED is particularly suited to home-based businesses wanting to grow and employ new staff. By moving into the SSHED, businesses can keep their set-up and office costs low.
