Sutherland Shire Marine Association
The Sutherland Shire is famous for its recreational waterways as well as its proximity to the working harbour of Port Botany.
The region is the boating hub of southern Sydney and the location for many highly skilled marine businesses which service Botany Bay and the recreational waterways of the Georges River and Port Hacking.
Sutherland Shire Marine Association is a collaboration between Sutherland Shire Council and local marine businesses. Council's aim is to help address the needs of marine businesses based in Shire and to promote a sustainable marine sector particularly through business education and training and consultation on marine related matters.
Sutherland Shire Marine Association brings together most of the local professional service providers in order to meet boating and marine needs of the local and regional community.
